More and more garages are adding ADUs (Accessory Dwelling Units) that are dedicated music rooms. We traveled to Music City, that’s right – Nashville, where we found the garage builder who knows a thing or two about building a music studio in a garage ADU. After a tour of the Mother Church of Country Music, aka the Ryman, we drove our tour van to the cool neighborhood of Berry Hill. We pulled up to 706 Melrose Ave, Nashville, TN 37211 to Nashville Garage Builders (yes, we shamelessly plugged them, because these guys are rad!), showed us design plans for the garage and music room in the finished apartment space above the garage. These guys know how to design and build.
4 months after we reached out to Nashville Garage Builders, they designed AND built our new 2 car garage with an upstairs finished music studio. We couldn’t believe they finished the project so quickly, and the quality is off the charts good.
